C2-65 is a serial USB to Rs422/485 converter that can fixed on Din rail.
The C2-65 is powered directly from the USB bus ( bus powered )and have USB section isolated from the RS422/485 line.
C2-65 is in compliance with all the reference standards regarding USB1.1 and USB2.0 as well as RS422 full duplex operation and RS485 halph duplex operation. The tras/ric " switch over " time in halph duplex mode is one bit time even at higher bit rates . This feature , together with the possibility to set high baud rates ( up to 921Kbit /sec ) makes possible high speed applications over the serial com still maintaining a total isolation between the 2 sides of the converter.
C2-65 has a very compact size and is packaged in a shielded cover that assures the compliance with the CE emission and immunity raccomandations even at full RS422/485 load.
Using micro switches operator can set the terminating resistors , the type of line ( RS422 or RS485 ) and a loop mode for diagnostics tests . Simple diagnostic tests cab be easy implemented to locate faults in the RS422/485 line or on the USB interface.
C2-65 is compatible with operating systems Windows 98 /XP/Vista.

The C1-45 is a DIN rail mounting device that ensures signal regeneration where RS422 or RS485 links exceed the limits imposed on cable lenght or on the number of connected devices; it can also be used to set up star networks ( C1-55 ) and optimize the lay out of network cables.
The device does not require any software to be installed at the front end of the line. so it intrinsecally mantains the interfunctioning with all type of front end processors employed. Once installed , the device does not required any operator assistance thanks to a " no stop technology " that assure comunication never being interrupted even after strong disturbances , or power down-up events.
